Here's just a small sampling of the numerous initiatives we support each year!

THE SANTA EXPRESS

The Santa Express brings fire equipment, floats, and numerous characters to Jurupa Valley neighborhoods the first two weekends in December.  The Express travels over 40 miles while bringing joy to thousands of residents, handing out candy canes and collecting donations in support of the Holiday Adoption Program.

Holiday Adoption Program

Families that are approved for a full adoption receive approximately 2 weeks of food including a holiday meal, hygiene items, school supplies, some special needs, and of course toys for the children. A select few (40 -50) are selected to receive delivery by Santa and friends escorted by fire engines.

In addition to the 100+ families we adopt each year, we also provide support to local Senior Citizens. 

Toy distribution program/ Non-Profit support

We believe every child should be able to open a present on Christmas morning.  That is why we partner with Cal Fire/ Riverside County Fire Department and the Spark of Love program to coordinate toy collecting efforts.  We then work with numerous local non-profits to ensure all of their toy needs are met each holidays.  Up to 7,500 children receive toys each year during the holiday season because of our efforts.  An additional 500 children in local foster programs also receive birthday gifts throughout the year because of our program. 

Angel Sanchez, sr. scholarship program

The Angel Sanchez, Sr. scholarship program is named after Angel Sanchez, Sr., a World War II veteran and lifelong community servant who is the father of one of our founding members. The scholarship is open to high school seniors who have shown a commitment to serving their community.
